The ladies open race was won by Pauline McGurren, Sperrin Harriers, in 39:53. Local lady, Grainne Kelly from Knockmany Runers followed up with a time of 42:20 and Omagh Harrier, Deirdre Haigney took 3rd place in 42:43. A large turnout of over 250 turned out for this popular annual festive event. The new 'Team Event' proved to be a great attraction with 15 teams entering, although only seven teams managed to get the required minimum of four over the finish line. A big thank you to SSE Renewables and the many local businesses whose financial support helped make this a great event for the competitors.
