The Rudolph Run’s chosen charity is Care for Cancer which supports the community of Omagh and its surrounding areas.
Proceeds from this year’s race will be helping to support cancer patients, their careers and families in the local area.
Gerry McCaffrey race spokesperson said: "It was great to see such a big turnout of over 450 runners on such a wintry morning and thank you all for taking part.
"A big thank you to our brilliant team of volunteers from Knockmany Running Club, Eskra Community Association and the local community for the massive effort in ensuring the Rudolph Run was once again a huge success. Thanks to the Roads Service for their help in ensuring the race route was safe. The food and hot refreshments afterwards was most welcome."
